On the alleged State Line between Wyoming and Colorado in the "Big Creek" Country A 4WD is definitly recommended
Now comes a delimma. According to the maps, the Wyoming-Colorado State Line is at 41 degrees 00.10 minutes; however, the GPS location for the marked state line, less than a half west of the cache is 41 degrees, 00.12 minutes. I think Colorado owes Wyoming several hundred feet of land. Anyway, I used the GPS readings. It is an easy find if you get to the right valley. The cache is in an ammo box.

Big Creek could be a great fishing spot, but the state treats it like a wild stream which means there are few fish and a lot of fisherpersons. What a waste! This area gets very muddy and tough to navigate when wet. Don't say I didn't warn you.
