Cache location is 50 ft. off the paved road in Joshua Tree National Park.
This is a virtual cache of a virtual grave. Theres a tombstone with chiseled information about a local character who died nearby. There's quite a bit of folklore about this guy and his interaction with his neighbors here before the land became a National Park. Six gun shootouts and cattle rustling, among other things. Don't mention his name in your log and email that info to me direct to keep your log. This will be the first in a series of virtual caches in JTNP. Happy hunting.
