Finding this cache is an easy drive. The cache can be found at the coordinates listed on the top of this page.
This virtual cache item was accidentally found while looking for the nearby Ring Around the Rosy cache (GC5B11 - and unfortunately archived). This cache is easily found, and the story behind it is quite interesting. After you find this cache (in person) it should then be possible to find the history about it by searching online.
