Gamle fylkesvegen mot Midsund/Aukra ble for noen år erstattet med en tunnel. Dermed ble den gamle fylkesvegen omgjort til en gang og sykkelveg som fører langs ytre kanten av fjellet. Fra denne vegen har du en fantastisk utsikt over Moldefjorden og må ikke være redd for biler (unntak ulovlig kjøring). Det anbefales å starte med sykkel i byen, eller kom med buss 701 fra Molde til holdeplass Djupdalen. Det er ca. 3 km til friluftsumrådet Julneset. Cacher blir etter hvert lagt ut langs hele vegen, og på Julneset er det en del cacher som kan friste.

The old county road to Midsund/Aukra was a few years ago replaced by a tunnel. Thus the old county road turned into a walking and cycling track that leads along the outer edge of the mountain. From this road you have a wonderful view over the Moldefjord and must not be afraid of cars (except for illegal driving). It is recommended to start with the bike in the city, or come by bus 701 from Molde to stop Djupdalen. There are approximately 3km to friluftsumrådet Julneset. Caches will eventually be laid out along the roadside and at Julneset are some tempting caches, too.
