Not being able to find a Leap Day Event most of us can get to timewise, Ladies Who Cache are having their own lunchtime one! We are planning to meet at the Kingsbridge Inn, Bourton on the Water from 12 noon until 2pm. Pop in and just sign the log if you wish or stop for a drink/food. Car parking is available off the main street in Bourton (but, beware, the time is limited and traffic wardens do visit) or there are pay car parks signposted within easy walking distance.
The Kingsbridge Inn is located on the other side of the Windrush from the main street, on the left if you are facing the river, and I would recommend you use the bridge to cross rather than paddle as the Windrush is extremely cold (even in the summer!) I have yet to check if the pub does food on a Monday lunchtime but I expect it does, otherwise there are plenty of other nearby places if you want to eat.
I will be there with Glaurung, Father of Dragons, ny event travel bug (too big to leave in most caches!) so should be easy to spot! I may even do a small raffle! Come along and get your souvenir!
