 Il y était beaucoup de lavoirs en Laigny. Quatre ont été restauré.
À la sortie du village à la rue de Voulpaix on trouve un lavoir à cièl ouvert au fond d’un chemin oublié.
Il contient un petit bassin de reception de l'eau.
