Warndon Village has a selection of wonderful caches to seek out and enjoy. I believe one once existed here by the beautiful oak trees as part of a trail highlighting old oak trees in the area before the estate was built. This cache is located just off the main road on the footpath between Newtown Road and Fry Close. Stealth is required during the day being just off the main road, but there is plenty of space ahead to stroll towards in order to sign the log before replacing. The footpath is steep at this point but well tarmacked so not slippery when wet. Unless walking on the footpath already I would not advise parking on Newtown Road but instead drive into the estate where there is ample safe parking throughout.
