This pedestrian bridge on the crossing of Main Road over Diamond Creek connects Eltham to Lower ELtham.
Depending on the water flow it looks like a small creek, and sometimes barely flows. But after nearby rain the water rises and flows quickly, and then returns to a trickle within a day or 2. It's hard to imagine but the original bridge was damaged when flooded in 2004 and 2005. The old concrete buttresses can be seen on the other side of Main Road car bridge. Follow the path to the east of look over the fence to the other bank.
