Beware there is some old rusty barbed wire that blends perfectly into the surroundings
If you stand at the top of Pewley down you will have great views of the Chantries and St Martha's Hill
The cache is a fairly large Tupperware which has a bit of swag and a logbook. However i did not have enough swag to place in the Tupperware so please could people top up the geocache
The cache is halfway down a path that is known to the Royal Grammer School, at the top of which the annual house cross-country starts and finishes. The path is fairly steep and running up it after already doing a lap of the Chantries does not feel nice
This cache is not that easy to get too as you will have to duck under some undergrowth however once at ground zero it should be fairly easy to find.
Please favourite it and leave feedback about it and possibly if you have any other ideas for a series of geocaches in the guildford area.
Please take photos of yourself with the cache
Well done to EL-JO for first to find
We really enjoy the anecdotes and experiences from visiting our caches so we'd rather not see simply 'TFTC' or :-)
As you are in the area you may want to visit some of my other caches in the Chantries and you can also visit some of the other caches in the 7 wonders of Guildford series
These are (or will be) the other caches in the 7 wonders of Guildford series
- The Chantries
- Pewley Down
- St Martha's Hill

- Riverside Park
- TBC Somewhere along the River Way (probably near Shalford)
