Mid-state event celebrating February 29th (and the opportunity to earn a souvenir) at a local eatery. King Buffet, 293 North Dupont Highway, Dover Delaware.
The event starts at 6PM and will last until the last person leaves (somewhere around 7:30PM). There will be a logbook and an area reserved for travel bugs/coins. A wide variety of gastronomical delights will be available for those who wish to partake. A side room with seating for 55 is reserved for our event and attendees are encouraged to share their geocaching tales and accomplishments. And with any luck, we'll have a few new caches in the area to make it worth the visit.
This event will celebrate the work of Caesar's good buddy Sosigenes, Pope Gregory XIII and his math chums, in addition to the one out of 1,461 people born on those years with a February 29th. For the more adventuresome eligible ladies, this is also the day to exercise Bachelor Day.
