Nearly every 1 in 4 years is a Leap Year where an additional day (Leap Day) is added to the calendar.
Why nearly? Beacuse, if the year can be evenly divided by 100, it is NOT a leap year, unless it is also evenly divisible by 400. Then it is a leap year.
In order to cater for those that cannot attend evening Events this event will be held from 6:30am to 8:00am. On arrival you will be supplied with a cup of coffee or tea and a muffin in case you had to miss breakfast to attend. There is no need to stay for the full period. Obviously work and school commitments will preclude that.
