This is the first cache in Rock Springs. Since it is in the city limits, I made a it multi step process to get to. The initial coordinates take you to the first stop. The first three stops are different structures, signs, or memorials that have numbers inscribed in some way on them.
At the first stop two questions need to be answered. What was the last year in office? The 3rd number of the year is A. Next what was the year it was built? The 3rd number of this year is B. Using A & B you can find the coordinates to the next stop. The coordinates for the second stop are: N 41 A5.190 W 109 1A.B40.
At the second stop look for the day it was dedicated? The first number is T. The second number is S. Use T & S to find the coordinates for the next stop. The coordinates are N 41 S6.004 W 109 1T.S19.
At the third stop what year was it retired? The first number of the year is X. The second number of the year is Y. The third number of the year is Z. Use X & Y & Z to find the final cache. The coordinates are N 4X 35.500 W 10Y 13.Z11.
The final cache has a view of Rock Springs with some items including: Spectacle cleaner, eyedrops, key rings, a mini manti ray beanie bag, mini christmas ornaments all along with a log book.
All stops are close to city streets. The final cache is a short walk to an open area.
