About SideTracked Caches

This cache belongs to the SideTracked series. It is not designed to take you to a magical place with a breath taking view. It's a distraction for the weary traveller, but anyone else can go and find it too. More Information can be found at the SideTracked Website

About Acton Bridge Station

Acton Bridge railway station is near the village of Acton Bridge, Cheshire, in the northwest of England.

The station was opened in 1837 as Acton by the Grand Junction Railway but was later renamed Acton Bridge in 1870.
The station, and all the trains that stop here, are operated by London Midland on their service between Liverpool - Crewe, Stafford and Birmingham. However, the majority of trains pass through the station without stopping.
