LEAP YEAR IS FINALLY HERE!
Have you been waiting since 2013 to fill in that pesky little hole in your My Finds Each Day of the Year grid? If so, then this event is for you! Now you can finally qualify for all those Calendar Challenge caches which require finds on all 366 days! (Who knows, there may even be one nearby…) And as an added bonus, Groundspeak have just announced two new Leap Day Souvenirs: one for attending an event on the 29th, and another for finding a geocache on the 27th, 28th or 29th. (Alas, if only there were some caches to be found in Sweet Air Park…)
There was a similar event held here on Leap Day 2012, and i think it should become a quadrennial tradition! I'll bring the coffee and doughnuts, you bring the warmth. Please log a will-attend so i can get a decent idea of how much food and drink to bring.
