This cache is designed to be an enjoyable excursion off the beaten path. From the trailhead proceed down the well established trail to the waypoint for the wooden bridge. Cross the bridge to the west side of the stream and head north. There will be a variety of trails leading into this area. Some look like deer trails, some like old roads. Often the trail will fade away and then come back. The woods are fairly open, and terrain fairly friendly. The area can get swampy, so be prepared for mud after rain.
Note: This is not a simple walk in the woods. There will be some minor physical labor involved. Please pay attention to the terrain rating and apply common sense.
Coordinates are the result of averaging readings over multiple days. This means that following a simple GPS pointer blindly will not be the best approach. Stop on occasion and let the GPS catch up with the physical location as GZ is approached. Geosense should kick in when the right areas are found.
