Να η πρώτη κρύπτη μιας κυκλικής πεζοπορίας.
Περιγραφή ολόκληρης της πεζοπορίας:
θα περπατάτε στο καταπληκτικό Φαράγγι Κουδουμή, που και ονομάζεται “Sfaka Gorge“ σε ιστοσελίδες στα Αγγλικά.
Η πορεία στο φαράγγι θα τελειώσει στο Οροπέδιο Μονοκαράς. Στην επιστροφή θα κατεβείτε με καλή θέα στο Αιγαίο σε μονοπάτια και σε χωματόδρομους στην Τουρλωτή.
Μήκος: 11 χμ.
Διαφορά ύψους: 550 μ.
Διάρκεια: 5 ώρες περίπου
Βαθμός εδάφους: 2,5 με 4,5
Ανεβαίνοντας για δύο ώρες περίπου από την κρύπτη „01“ στην κρύπτη „02“ θα περάσετε από κάποια μέρη όπου πρέπει να σκαρφαλώσετε λίγο. Τέτοια μέρη έχουν ύψος 1.5 με 3 μ., αλλά υπάρχουν αρκετές φυσικές σκάλες. Έτσι δεν είναι ορειβασία και αυτοί που έχουν καλή αντοχή και ευκινησία θα το καταφέρουν χωρίς ιδιαίτερη τεχνική. Οπωσδήποτε, ο βαθμός εδάφους 4.5 για το τμήμα “01” >>> “02”.
Μην πάτε στο φαράγγι μετά από βροχές! Έχει ρίσκο να γλιστρήσετε στους βράχους και στους πέτρες!
Οι ντόπιοι έβαλαν κάποιους φράκτες και θύρες να μην φεύγουν οι κατσίκες. Επιτρέπεται να ανοίξετε τέτοιες θύρες. Κλείστε τις μετά που θα έχετε περάσει, αν ήταν κλεισμένες! (Αν ήταν ανοικτές, αφήστε τις ανοικτές.)

(Στο τέλος της πεζοπορίας πρέπει να περπατάτε για 10 λεπτά στην Εθνική Οδό για να γυρίσετε στο αυτοκίνητό σας.)
Να η περιγραφή για την πρώτη κρύπτη, την “01”:
Ακριβώς απέναντι από το πάρκινγκ θα βρείτε ένα μονοπάτι που πάει στο φαράγγι. Αμέσως στην αρχή πρέπει να ανοίξετε κάποιες θύρες. Τα τελευταία 200 μ. μπροστά από το μέρος της κρύπτης θα ανεβείτε στα κορήματα.

This is the first Geocache of a circular walk.
Description of the total hike:
You will hike through the spectacular Koudoumi gorge „Φαράγγι Κουδουμή”. The Greek word „Φαράφφι / Farangi” means gorge. On web-sites in English language you will find the gorge as well as „Sfaka Gorge“.
At the end of the gorge you will have reached the Plateau of Monakaras. The way back with fantastic views down to the Agean brings you – often on winding dirt roads – to the parking close to Tourloti.
Length: 11 km
Elevation Gain: 550 m
Walking Time: about 5 hrs.
Terrain Degree: 2,5 - 4,5
Between the caches „01“ and „02“ you are hiking upwards within the impressive gorge passing a couple of spots where you will need your hands for climbing up. It will be not extremely difficult, the climbing spots will be about 1,5 to 3 meters and there will be enough good steps for getting up. Anyway, for the passage to „02“ I did define the T-degree: 4.5.
Avoid the passage after rain falls! Probably the rocks will be too slippery at the climbing spots.
The locals keep the goats in their areas with fences and gates. Humans are allowed to open these gates for passing. After passing leave a gate as you found it: Close it, if it was closed. Leave it open, it it was open.

Within the gorge you may have a poor GPS-signal.
So, don't forget to bring the spoiler-pics which are provided for all caches!
(At the end of the tour you will have to go for 10 min on the National Road back to the car.)
Description of „01“ of the tour:
Opposite of the parking you will find a footpath leading to the gorge. Just at the beginning you will have to open and close some gates. The last 200 meters, before you arrive at the cache, you have to climb up a slope covered with scree.

Dies ist der erste Cache einer Rundwanderung.
Beschreibung der gesamten Wanderung:
Diese Wanderung führt durch die spektakuläre Schlucht Koudoumi „Φαράγγι Κουδουμή”. Das griechische Wort „Φαράφφι / Farangi” bedeutet Schlucht. Auf englischsprachigen Internetseiten wird die Schlucht auch „Sfaka Gorge“ genannt.
Am Ende der Schlucht erreicht Ihr die Hochebene Monokaras. Der Rückweg führt mit schönen Blicken auf die Ägäis – häufig in Serpentinen über Fahrwege – über das Dorf Tourloti zurück zum Parkplatz.

Schwierigeit Gelände: 2,5 bis 4,5
Zwischen Cache „01“ und „02“ seid Ihr etwa zwei Stunden in der beeindruckenden Schlucht unterwegs, in der Ihr immer wieder kleine Kletterpassagen meistern müsst. Nichts wirklich Aufregendes, aber die Hände kommen schon häufig zum Einsatz. Deshalb T-Wertung 4,5 für den Anstieg zu Cache „02“.
Nach Regenfällen würde ich nicht durch die Schlucht wandern! Wahrscheinlich zu glitschig an den Kletterstellen.
Damit die Ziegen dort bleiben, wo sie bleiben sollen, gibt es hin und wieder Gatter, die Euch den Weg versperren. Ihr dürft sie bedenkenlos öffnen. Aber nachher wieder genauso verschließen, wie Ihr sie angetroffen habt.

Daher auf jeden Fall dafür sorgen, dass Ihr alle spoiler-Bilder dabei habt!
(Am Ende der Runde geht Ihr 10 min auf der Nationalstrasse zurück zum Auto.)
Beschreibung zu diesem ersten Geocache der Runde:
Unmittelbar gegenüber des Parkplatzes führt ein Pfad zur Schlucht. Hier werdet Ihr gleich ein paar Ziegengatter öffnen und schließen müssen. Die letzten 200 Meter bis zum Cache steigt Ihr über Geröll bergauf.
