L'édifice date pour la plus grande partie du milieu du XIIe siècle, elle possède un remarquable clocher octogonal qui a des baies géminées ornées de chapiteaux à motifs végétaux. Le portail est surmonté d'un linteau en bâtière et d'un tympan nu ; les parties orientales de l'édifice portent les traces de plusieurs réfections, les baies ont été reprises à la fin du XVe siècle, le chœur rectangulaire, voûte en berceau avec lunette a été refait au XVIIIe siècle.
Beautiful roman church. One of the several jewels of our heritage to visit and maintain in the middle of the Champagne vineyard.
The building dates to most of the mid-twelfth century, it has a remarkable octagonal tower which has twin bays decorated with plant motifs in capitals. The portal is surmounted by a lintel saddleback and a bare tympanum; the eastern parts of the building bear the traces of several repairs, the windows have been times in the late fifteenth century, the rectangular choir window with its main vault was remade in the eighteenth century.
