The harvest season has arrived... colder days, longer nights, falling leaves. Nothing is quite as symbolic of ths season as the punkin... a bright orange orb that is often transformed into a grinning (or grimacing) lantern or a tasty punkin pie. Last month we saw a Supermoon and a total eclipse of the moon (a "blood" moon). So this month we celebrate something closer to home... the punkin. Anyone care for a slice of delicious, homemade punkin pie?
