Geocache Description:

"Meet & greet (Welcome)" er startskuddet for en geocache-weekend på Spåtind i Synnfjellet. Dette er første event av tre denne helgen, og vil strekke seg utover hele ettermiddagen.

Tid:
Fredag 17. juni kl. 16.00 til 22.00 (Registrering fra kl. 14.00)

Alle som ankommer vil først bli registrert i sekretariatet, der forhåndsbestilte varer og annen informasjon vil bli utlevert. Staben står også klar til å hjelpe til med innkvartering, enten du skal bo på hotell, telt eller bobil/vogn.

Eventet er ment som et "bli kjent" event, der geocacherne kan skape relasjoner til hverandre i tillegg er det en flott anledning til å gjøre seg kjent i nærområdet. Her kan også staben hjelpe til med råd og veiledninger.

Eventet avholdes hovedsaklig ved Grautbua, som ligger i bunnen av skibakken og 100 meter fra inngangen til hotellet. Her vil det være mulig å få kjøpt gatekjøkkenmat, men de selger også kalde pølser/burgere for egen grilling utendørs.

"Meet & greet (Welcome)" is the start of a fantastic geocaching-weekend at Spåtind in the Norwegian mountain area Synnfjellet. This is the first of three events this weekend, and it will take place during the afternoon and evening.

Time:
Friday 17th June from 16.00 to 22.00 (Sign up/registration from 14.00)

When you arrive you will be able to meet our welcoming crew to sign up and register. At first you have to visit our registration office. Here everyone will be able to get the information they need for the entire weekend, and everything that is pre-ordered (T-Shirts, coins) will be handed out here. The staff will be happy to show you to your accommodation (pre-booked) either you are going to stay at the hotel, in a tent or in a mobile home.

The event is going to be an arena for everyone to get to know each other and to get to know the close surroundings. The staff will be more than happy to answer all the questions that you might have.

The event will mainly take place at "Grautbua", which is located in the bottom of the ski-slopes and about 100 m from the main entrance of the hotel. Here you will be able to buy different fast-food with a local touch, or buy cold sausages/hamburgers to grill yourself on heated grills outdoors.
