Geocache Description:

Stop by Kontiki from 12:00 to 1:00 to have a drink with fellow geocachers on one of the world's most beautiful beaches. RetiredGuy will be buying the first round! Meet at the Easter Island Head. Please respond "Will Attend" so we can get a count.

If you are on a cruise ship, grab a bus or cab to Orient Beach and get dropped off at Kontiki. Take a stroll up and down Orient Beach and grab the Orient Beach caches while you are there.

Orient Beach is a mile and a half stretch of beautiful white sand on the northeast shore of St. Martin. Blocked by a reef and Green Cay, Orient Bay is a very popular spot for swimming, wind surfing, kite boarding, parasailing, jet skiing, sailing and people watching. All along Orient Beach are restaurants and beach bars that serve wonderful lunches and rent chairs and umbrellas. A word of caution / interest: the very southern end of the beach is clothing optional and cameras are strictly forbidden.
