To assist us with the planning please state in your will attend log how many adults / children will be coming.
There will be lots of fun to be had by all with a few activities that you can take part in:
THE TASTE TEST
Probably the most important part of the afternoon because we all get to taste the wonderful things 
. Please bring along your cakes and biscuits to share with everyone. There will be a table for all cakes and biscuits to be placed and sampled from. All donations on this table will be entered into the taste test and all attendees will have 1 vote to vote for their favourite cake / biscuit. The person with the most votes will win a prize 
.
THE CHRISTMAS CAKES
We see so many wonderful novelty cakes at the local events we thought it would be great to have a little lighthearted competition. So if you fancy a go at decorating a Christmas cake why not bring it a long for everyone to see. If cake isn't your thing don't feel restricted to it, gingerbread houses and any other festive cake / biscuit centre piece is welcome here 
. Everyone will get to vote on their favourite cake based on look alone (no tasting). There will be both a childrens and an adults prize.
If you would like to donate your cake to the North Wales UK Mega and Maze 2016 to raffle please let us know on the day.
SANTA
It wouldn't be Christmas without presents . With a little bit of Christmas luck Santa might visit although there is a condition, everyone must sit on his knee .If you would like to receive a present please bring a present all wrapped up with a label on it stating whether it is for an adult or child (suggested age range and boy / girl indicated). May we suggest that if you are an adult you bring an adult present and if you are a child you bring a child's present just to ensure we have enough of each type.
There will be lots of other festive activities to take part in so please come along and have some festive fun
Thank you to the Norley Village Hall Committee for hiring the hall to us for free again in return for our work for them. There will be another CITO here in the New Year.
Norley is rather full of caches so no new caches will be placed for the event itself but that doesn't matter because we won't have time with all the cake eating and activities we'll all be doing . If you want to walk off your cake either before you eat it or afterwards there are lots of caches that are in the immediate vicinity.
