Not sure what this building was for - but it sure looks like a gaol! All it needs is a little razor wire, and it would be as secure as Goulburn gaol! It doesn't look as if it has been used in ages, but nowadays, it could be handy to lock your kids in, if you are trying to enjoy a lovely BBQ, and they were being a nuisance! 
Of course, you would need to get the keys off the local Ranger first!
Please make sure you rehide the cache carefully, so that neither the cache or its attachment cord are visible!
