The cache contains underwater logbook and a pen. No need to bring own.
MV Rozi was a tugboat, built in Bristol in 1958. She was sold to Tug Malta in 1981 as the Rozi and operated in the Grand Harbour. After being decommissioned, she was scuttled off Ċirkewwa as an underwater attraction for the Captain Morgan submarine cruises. It is now one of the most popular dive sites in Malta.
The total length of the MV Rozi is approximately 40 metres, lying on the sand at a depth of 36 metres stretching up to its highest point at a depth of 20 metres.
The cache lies within the wreck, penetration is required. It lies at a depth of 30 metres. Enter the wreck and take a look through the Starboard side portholes. The cache is a black wetnotes book and is attached to a piece of purple string.
Here is a drawing of the dive site. The wreck is quite far out from the shore, so local guidance is needed. Do not attempt to dive the wreck unaccompanied.
