| Denna cache var en av zon-finalerna i samband med FAD som hölls här i skogen 2015. Både för de som var med under den kvällen och för de som inte kunde eller ville delta då har vi här under lagt upp bilder på de gömmor som ledde fram till just denna cache. |
This cache was one of the zone finals associated with FAD which was held here in the forest in 2015. Both for those who were around during the evening and for those who could not or would not take part then, we have below posted pictures of the caches that led up to this cache. |

Ursprungsidéen till FAD startade 2003 av geocacharen Hedberg efter en diskussion på geocaching.se's forum. Diskussionen rörde geocaching i mörker och till slut blev det ett event av det hela som hölls i Kviberg en liten bit utanför Göteborg den 29 november 2003. Länk till eventet.
Uppslutningen var inte så stor men år efter år så kom det fler och fler deltagare till detta lite udda upplägg och ryktet spred sig om detta event. FAD arrangerades på lite olika platser på västkusten och 2009 så var eventet tillbaka i Göteborg igen. Eventet fortsatte att hållas runt Göteborg fram till och med 2012, efter det blev det Södertälje som fick ta över 2013. År 2014 så hölls eventet i Hässleholm i Skåne. |
The original idea of FAD started in 2003 by the geocacher named Hedberg after a discussion on geocaching.se's forum. The discussion was about "geocaching in the dark" and the result in the end was an event held in Kviberg a little bit outside Gothenburg, 29 November 2003. Link to that event.
The attendance was not that big but year after year it came more and more participants to this odd arrangements and word spread about this event. FAD was arranged on various places on the West Coast and in 2009 the event was back in Gothenburg again. The event continued to be held around Gothenburg until 2012, after that it became Södertälje who took over in 2013. In 2014 the event was held in Hässleholm in Skåne. |
