Geocache Description:

This is a multi-stage geocache. The last waypoint has an actual stash of goodies.

Dec 2016 Note - PLEASE READ::
Some people (but not all!) have had troubles with WP1. I finally figured out two things. One: the url mentioned below previously required putting the found word in all caps. Oops. I've updated things so lowercase will work as well. Two: the mentioned sign is now a bit faded or partially painted over. The word can still be seen, but it doesn't stand out as much. Some people have not had troubles with WP1. Eventually I may need to totally clean up the WP1 instructions but hopefully for now this newer note will be helpful for others.
Oct 2010 Note - PLEASE READ::
The item mentioned in the May 2007 update appears to now be gone. In the same area you will see a sign with words on it, one of which is a large 4-letter word with the letter "O" in it. Plug that word into the url mentioned in the update note below. Sorry for any frustration.
May 2007 Note - PLEASE READ::
The letters at WP1 are now gone as a certain structure was recently removed from the location. The short term fix: Go to the same area and (within 20 feet or so) you will see three other letters in a rectangle. Plug this word into the blank here: http://killyourcomputer.org/geocaching/___.html

You will then be shown the letters that you would have originally seen at WP1. Hope that isn't too confusing.

Original cache description:

----------------

The first waypoint here is not accessible/visible 24 hours a day. However, you should be able to access/see it during daylight hours and into part of the evening. Although you may have troubles getting good signals near Waypoint One, you will get a very good fix when actually at the Waypoint.

At Waypoint Three you will (hopefully) find a 2.8 quart Rubbermaid container. Original cache contents include some movie postcards, a beanie baby, a pinball promo plastic, a CD, an atari 2600 cart, a $1 bill, and a few more items.

If you post an entry on this page, please be vague when referring to the locations/answers involving the first two waypoints. If something is off or you need help, email me.

Waypoint One: "H2O"

N 47 36.641
W 122 20.355
elev. 245'

You will find three letters here, the first being a P. Assign a numerical value to the third letter (i.e. A=01, B=02, etc). This number will go into one of the blanks in Waypoint Two. The reverse of the digits will go into the other blank. Encrypted hint: ryringvba!

Waypoint Two: "Dedicated"

N 47 39.__0
W 122 __.063

At this waypoint you will find a date. The month (M) and year (YY) are used in Waypoint Three.

Waypoint Three: "SU"

N 47 3M.M54
W 122 1M.YY9

Huge image hint if you have totally given up!
Huge hint that involves an explanation of the cache's nickname.

Update [8/11/03]: I have not updated any of the above info since placing the cache. As you can read in some of the comments below, the "Huge image hint" is no longer that huge of a hint due to growth in that area.

However, here is another big hint, a photo that was taken close to the cache in July of 2003. I can not guarantee that this hint will always look like this however. But hopefully it will help if you are really stuck! Good luck.

Additional Hints (Decrypt)

waypoint one: ryringr hc!
