Easton In Gordano is one of those places you drive past on the M5 or stop at to visit the nearby motorway services. I hope you enjoy taking the time to visit this quaint church and church yard.
The village church is dedicated to St. George, and was rebuilt, with the exception of the tower, in 1872.
The registers date from 1559.
The date of the first Church on this site is unknown, but records exist dating back to 1239.
It has been designated by English Heritage as a grade II* listed building.
The church yard is well worth a wander around and the cache is not placed within the church boundaries.
