Geocache Description:

Join us FROM 6:30PM TO 8:00PM for some GeoChin-wagging and GeoMerriment in the GeoCore of Esquimalt, BC on AUGUST 17th! This event is going to be the talk of the town!

Do you still need your Geocaching Road Trip 2015 Meet Your Road Trip Crew Souvenir?

Are you detouring through Victoria on your way home from The Block Party?

Are you coming to Victoria to get hitched... and want to add some caching?

Do you want to log an event in Canada?

How about just getting together to swap stories, discover trackables and have some fun?

Here's what Landsharkz are organizing for you!

PARKS and FOOD: There are great spots to geocache in Esquimalt and some of the prettiest parks in the region... so centre your PQ on these coordinates and you can't go wrong!  If you are in need of nourisment, nearby are many great restaurants and coffee shops - check our blog to read about them.

KIDS, GRASS and GEODOGS: If you need a break from the event shenanigans, there's a park nearby with picnic tables and a playground. You and your leashed GeoCanines can relax in the nearby green spaces and the Esquimalt Fire Hall too!

TRACKABLES: At the event venue there are lots of permanent trackables and some that come and go. See how many you can find!  You can also enter to win trackables from the event hosts... we're having draws every half hour for limited edition trackables which you must be on site to claim.

OUR NEIGHBOURS: We are pleased to announce that across the street from the Parking Coordinates is the Esquimalt Fire Hall where the plan is to throw open their doors so you can oggle their shiny red fire trucks (barring any call-outs) and kids 10 and under can play a fun geocaching game (it involves a 2D Beaver Dude!).

We hope to see you there!
