The directions to the next cache are given on the details for number 6 but if you do not want to walk on to that one you can make a nice circular walk back to Manaton if when you leave the woodland path and meet the concrete lane you turn left instead and follow it uphill. You will then find a footpath heading left signposted to Manaton.
