Please come along and join the South Derbyshire Geocaching gang for our first Christmas bash. The function room is open from 18:30, the quiz will start at 19:00 sharp and food will be available to order. Please would you indicate in your 'will attend' log whether you intend to be eating (the landlady used to run the Navigation so you can be assured that the food will probably be very good).
There will be a Christmas raffle ... GEM516 has kindly organised lots of goodies so please contribute generously.
All funds raised from this event will be donated to the Welsh Mega 2016. We will tally up at the end of the night, and hopefully present monies to the representatives that are attending from the Committee.
If required we can organise a 'Secret Santa'. Again please indicate whether you wish participate.
The Quiz ... You may enter a team of up to 6 people. The entry cost per team is £6 regardless of how many team members you have.
Mobile phones must be placed on the table face down and anyone caught googling answers will face immediate disqualification for the whole team.
There will probably be no prizes (perhaps a small trophy), just the glory of being the quiz champions.
