Geocache Description:

A small cache at the footbridge near Shaugh Bridge, crossing the River Plym to the Dewerstone Rock.

Dewerstone wood on Dartmoor is close to Shaugh Prior village. It is a very popular woodland walk which takes you to the Dewerstone Rock and for those who feel fit enough can continue to follow the track up to the Cadover Bridge area.

Just in from the car park you will see the new footbridge which was built in 2010 and crosses the River Plym. Here you will find the cache.

Please make sure you place the cache back out of sight!!

This cache has been placed with the kind permission of the National Trust

Congratulations to Balrogslayer's Mum for being the first to find.
