This will be a little trek East of Timberline Lodge, below the Lodge Ampitheater and above the Magic Mile chair lift structure out west. First find the Glade Trail head at the edge and below the Lodge Post Office and head Northwest for about .2 of a mile. There you will see some of the last trees before the timberline. Surprising the beautiful art work nature does on the trees. Here too you will see some of the beautiful glade flowers in the meadow during the spring snow thaw.
This cache is part of the "Mile High Club" Event taking place July of 2015. The cache will remain for other can qualify for this type of challenge in the future if Groundspeak allows them. Unfortunately, there is no challenge this year but that does not mean we can not have a gathering and a little recognition on our own plus pick up a few more mile high caches and see some beautiful landscape.
