One of the best places to watch the sun go down in Metro Vancouver is on Burnaby Mountain. Just think a beautiful August evening sitting on a blanket or lawn chair chatting with follow geocachers and at 8:30 the sun sets.

On August 12th sunset just happens to be at 8:30 PM. So grab a blanket or a lawn chair and enjoy the evening. Yes last years Catapult Jeff said that this years date would be on the Thursday August 13. That changed so you can have a day or two rest before thinking about the BLOCK PARTY weekend.
This will be our 4th year we have hosted this event and all who attend will tell you that it is fun no mater what. The first year we had a beautiful sunset. Year two was rain. Year three was cloudy. This year??? We will see. Please remember Catapult Jeff can not control the weather so DON"T BLAME HIM IF ITS CLOUDY.
Last year we had 110 geocachers (plus family members) attended so join the fun.
Alright what if it is raining? Well come anyhow and sign the logbook and get a smilie for showing up in the rain.
