Babsbaby: I visited this cache this afternoon to see how it was doing. The whole area is completely overgrown and covered in brambles. The container is also jammed shut. As the series is crumbling and I don't believe that some of the last few "finders" actually did find it, I think it is time for this one to go.
For anyone interested, the cache was NOT down the pipe. It was a black padlock on the (once) black railings, hence "Black on Black". If you are still chasing the bonus cache, I can help you with the hint from here - just ask.
