Well, sort of. As J & R will be moving out of the Winnipeg area (where they may continue their current streak), there needs to be a proper hand over of the Manitoba Marathon Geocaching Streak Ball and Chain. The date that we will be moving is still up in the air, but as this date gets closer, things will get busier. For this reason, the passing of the torch will occur on this date. The next lucky holder of this infamous active streak (and pressure to maintain) falls to Rurbonas. Should he fail to live up to the challenge set by the previous holders of the ball and chain, may he be heckled relentlessly.
The passing of the torch will be held at the above coordinates (no need to solve a puzzle, or do anything special). For simplicity, details can be found below:

Even though this event takes place a little over 1 year past KeeGee's event here, his record still stands. Can anyone beat it? J&R_2003 would have liked to try, however the Military is stating that it won't happen here in Manitoba. Maybe they will go for the Canadian record,or the record for their new location (hopefully it isn't California). Hopefully this won't be our last event with this great group, but if it is, thanks for all the memories.
