Geocache Description:

English
This old wingless mill reminds us that we were here on the road from Beauce to Paris where have worked many millers. It was built in the early 17th century by the Brothers of Charity who were the land owners.
During the Revolution, the mill of Charity became the property of the Assistance Publique who rented it to an individual. It was then transformed into a small tavern.
When the city of Paris decided in 1819 to build large cemetery outside the city, it acquired the land and the mill became the home of the keeper.
Considered as unattractive, it was decided to destroy it several times, but was eventually classified in 1931 as "a vestige of the old Paris."
It is now one of only two remaining mill in Paris with the "moulin de la Galette" in Montmartre. It is more or less empty and serves as a tool shed.
Do not risk taking a tile on the head, the cache is accessed safely.

Notice: you could need some time to find the box, so if you don't have this time (i know that, i'm often in the same situation when on holidays), please don't log a "need maintenance"
