The cache is NOT hidden at the posted coordinates, but I did help a friend fix a flat bicycle tire here. Solve the JUM8L3 below to find the cache. I used to love these puzzles when I was a kid. Unscramble the four clue words. When each clue word is solved, the circled letters contribute to a jumble of letters that must be unscrambled to solve the comic puzzle. There are 20 circled letters in all. Place all 20 in one unbroken string to unlock the coordinates using Certitude.
