Essa é uma belíssima trilha, mas requer algum preparo físico. Recomendado levar pelo menos 3 litros de água, agasalho, alimentos energéticos e uma lanterna. Não comece a trilha (saindo do acampamento base), depois das 10 AM. O cache está a 3/4 do caminho da escalada do cume. Sempre é melhor ir em duas pessoas. Cheque a previsão do tempo. This is a beautiful track, but requires some fitness. Recommended take at least 3 liters of water, coat, energy food and a flashlight. Do not start the trail ( leaving the base camp ) , after 10 AM. The cache is 3/4 of the way from the top of the climb. It is always better to go two. check the weather forecast.
