It appears this cache is way off from the coordinates that were submitted. The actual location is also too close to your existing cache. (speaking of the other geocache, it is supposed to be in place before you submit the geocache listing).
When you get this one placed according to the guidelines, please submit a new listing. Please email me through my profile if you have any questions. There is also a facebook group that can help you get a good start as well.
