This land was probably part of the Brookmans Estate from the 17th century. The Royal Veterinary College now has fields running alongside the footpath.

This cache was originally called 'A gate to nowhere' but some maintenance has been carried out in the area recently so we have renamed it, but now a lot of clearing has taken place around the original GZ (including resiting the gate)so we have moved the location slightly and replaced with a different container.
