BE PREPARED:
Our objective is to clear brush in the forest preserve similar to the work we did in 2014.

  • Bring Work Gloves if you have them (we'll have a supply too)
  • Wear sturdy clothing - long sleeves, long pants & boots
  • Read and be prepared to sign a FPD Waiver
  • Read the FPD Safety Guidelines
Be uber prepared - Print the waiver and bring it already signed to help speed up the sign-in process. Participants under 18 year of age need to have the waiver signed by their parent or guardian in order to participate.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
GoGeocaching.com will be providing snacks; trail mix, donuts and bottled water. The Forest Preserve District of Dupage will provide all the tools needed plus they'll have a supply of work gloves.

100th Anniversary Celebration - 2015 Passport Premier:
The Dupage County Passport program celebrating their 100 year anniversary. The 2015 passport program kick off will be at this event so you'll be ale to grab your passport and earn your geocoin reward before non-attendees. The caches in the 2015 Passport are in preserves established after 1965. I'm told there will be four new caches published today in conjunction with the passport program.

Don't Miss Another CITO Opportunity Today:
Following our work day and Passport Premier be sure to head over to Woodridge Community Clean Up the Parks Day by Reetaville and the Woodridge Park District. This CITO event is picking up trash in the community parks and runs from 1-3pm.
