April Fools

The cache is most certainly AT the posted coords- April Fools!

The Red Herrings have gotten together to present you with a nice little April Fools puzzle. Their representative, pictured below in an appropriate setting, has hidden this cache and is out to fool you- but will he? He has learned a thing or two from the other Red Herrings, but he is his own man, err. . . fish! So while you may think you know what he's done, he may surprise you with something special for this fun day.

Did he:

1. REALLY hide the cache at the posted coords?
2. Take the selfie below at the cache location with his smartphone GPSr turned ON?
3. Encrypt the actual coords and make you search for "TWO" key words?
4. Post the actual coords in the ADDITIONAL WAYPOINT below?
5. Or was it something a little more SINISTER?

You do believe that this is a 1/1 Large cache, don't you? I guess you'll have to check everything out to be sure, but watch out for "April Fools" when you least expect it !
