CITO, or Cache In Trash Out, is an ongoing environmental initiative supported by the worldwide geocaching community. Since 2002, geocachers have been dedicated to cleaning up parks and other cache-friendly places around the world. Through these volunteer efforts, we help preserve the natural beauty of our outdoor resources. In 2013, the Manitoba Geocaching Association adopted Coronation Park for this purpose.
The City Parks Department will be providing trash bags and some garbage pickers. Please bring work gloves and reachy sticks if you have them. NOTE: This is an all weather event, so please be prepared to be outside for the time.
