What: Be prepared to have some irrational fun! No reservations can be made, so show up at 9pm, or even a little earlier, to ensure there's a table for you and your family! Dining hall has a capacity of approx. 35-40 guests, and may be occupied with some muggles. Convert them or weird them out. Your choice. ;)
Mingle with other Cacher Pi Partiers, place your pizza pie order (there should be a Pi Day special), and get ready for the Flash Mob group Photo, to take place at precisely 9:26PM in front of Pizza Pi! Afterwards, we will return indoors, enjoy our pizza (and maybe some pie!), and enjoy trading TB's, Pi Day Trivia, and general Geocaching meet, greet, and share big fish find tales. The Event Log will open shortly after the Flash Mob. You don't have to order pizza, but any pizza you do order is your responsibility to pay for!
FLASH MOB: As stated above, the Flash Mob Photo will take place PRECISELY at 9:26 PM (although, effort will be made to snap the photo at 53 seconds, if everyone holds still) in front of Pizza Pie, where we are gathering. We will start arranging ourselves a few minutes ahead of picture time, so pay attention to your clock and the event coordinators for when it's time to head outside and assemble!
Instructions for participating in the flash mob: Dress IRRATIONALLY, as Pi is an irrational number! Think: summer apparel! Goofy hats/glasses, or simply a shirt sporting the letter Pi! Any of these will do! An award will be given to the most irrationally (but not inappropriately) dressed individual! So use your imagination and don't get arrested!
This cache will qualify attendees for an official 2015 Geocaching Pi Day souvenir.
