Geocache Description:

This is a nice simple multi that should only take a few minutes to solve and then a very short walk to the final GZ.

Hartlip Methodist Church was built in 1820, and started out as a Bible Christian Chapel. The land that the building stands on was given to the Bible Christian Church by William Drawbridge, he was born in Brompton and had at one time been a High Constable of Gillingham. He lived in Hartlip with his wife and daughters and was a respected member of the church. When he built the chapel his daughters had their own pew and entrance to the chapel, and he also put up texts on the wall inside, where they still exist. When the chapel was first opened there was no vicar at Hartlip, and the village church and chapel held their services at alternate times. Many villagers went to both services, which continued even after a vicar took up residence in the village.

To find the final location you will need to solve the following :-

N51 CD.E(F-C)(F-C)

E000 (A+C)B.A(F-E)(E-A)

ABCD = Year on the stone set above the main front door

E = Number of sandstone plaques set into the walls on the left side of the church. (Left side whilst looking at the church from the road)

F = Number of letters above the date on the stone set above the main front door

Please be careful when replacing the cache and make sure it is nice and secure so that it can be found easily by the next cachers.
