Corniga
Corniga è un “monte” del Comune di Colonno.
Con monte (o maggengo) si indica una località di montagna adibita a pascolo posta a metà strada tra il fondovalle e l'alpeggio.
La cache è nascosta prima dell'ingresso al piccolo borgo (venendo da Pigra). E' un invito a percorrere il sentiero che congiunge Pigra con Corniga e che poi, grazie ad una ripida mulattiera permette di raggiungere Colonno in riva al lago. Da qui, con l'autobus in pochi minuti si può ritornare ad Argegno oppure proseguire fino ad Ossuccio dove è nascosta un'altra cache.
Corniga is a "monte" of the Municipality of Colonno.
Monte (a.k.a. maggengo) indicates a mountain resort grassland located halfway between the valley and the mountain pasture.
The cache is hidden before the entrance to the small village (coming from Pigra). It is an invitation to walk the path that connects with Pigra to Corniga and then, thanks to a steep trail, to reach Colonno on the Como Lake. From here, by bus in a few minutes you can go back to Argegno. From Colonno you can keep on walking until Ossuccio where another cache is hidden.
