Eleventh annual Winslow Winter Weekend Waypoint Warrior Wingding
Eleventh annual central Maine Geocaching Winterfest. Cabin fever got you down? Get out for a meet, greet and something to eat! Starting at noon (12 PM) we're gathering at "Maine's Best Deli". Bring your toys and lets talk about caching. We especially hope to see some of the geocaching neophytes who have not been to an event before. Be prepared to eat, (and don't order a whole sandwich unless you've got friends to help). We will be located in the "back room" - to the left of the service counter - then turn right. We are not allowed to reserve the room, but we always manage to take it over. Space will be tight, but everyone tells us not change the venue. Note: everyone is usually gone by 1:30, so don't be "fashionably late". We'll have a few interesting door prizes, but donations are always welcome. Postscript: We had a small gathering this year - 33 people - but had a lot of door prizes so only 4 people went home empty handed.
