For 100 years, the National Park Service has preserved America’s special places “for the enjoyment, education, and inspiration of this and future generations.” Celebrate its second century with the Find Your Park GeoTour that launched April 2016 and explore these geocaches placed for you by National Park Service Rangers and their partners.

At the entrance to Kawuneeche Visitor Center, there are markers honoring those who created the National Parks, and those who serve to preserve & protect the Parks. Several Park Rangers have given their all while serving. Ranger Suzi Roberts worked in Rocky Mountain National Park for 10 years, and moved on to Haleakala National Park in Hawaii, where she was killed by a rockfall. You will find a tribute to her & her career at Stage 1.
At Stage 1, to solve the clue for Stage 2 & the actual cache, find the year when Suzi was born and the year she died: 19 A B - 20C4.
Stage two can be found at: N40 15.3 C B W105 50.1A A
Final stage for this cache is OUTSIDE of RMNP boundaries. The actual cache is an ammo box alongside the road to Grand Lake, with good parking for most cars (may be snow-covered in winter)
