The event will be a get together at the Resturand & Pub and also to be inline with the Pi Day events that is taking place all over.
Many event caches have been arranged on the same day across South Africa and the globe. This event cache is to take place at 9:26 in the morning. The relevance is that the number Pi (3.141592653) is represented by the date and time - March 14, 2015, 9:26.
A geocoin has been created for the event this year. The design takes into account a number of elements of Pi. A full description will be made available. And it has a South African Sunset colouration.
