Geocache Description:

Cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but it IS within a two mile radius.

OK.  So I lied.  I thought I was done with the P. O. Box caches, but I wanted to place another winter accessible hide and I had one last idea that fit the P. O. Box theme.  Most of you have probably seen something like this before while others will be amazed by the mathematical magic that follows. No matter which group you fall into it's another cache that can be found during the snowy winter months AND there's a dollar prize for the one that gets there first!

This one is different from the other P. O. Box caches as there's no need to head to any physical post office.  You can solve this one anytime, anywhere...from the comfort of your chair.  (Please respect park hours when hunting for the cache, though.) Using a calculator, smart phone or computer will help as you work your way through these easy steps:

1) Choose your favorite zip code.  It can be a zip code from anywhere as long as it's the standard 5 digit number.  No need for the "Plus 4" at the end.

2) Add 6372.

3) Multiply by 18.

4) Subtract 135.

5) Reverse your answer from step 4.  For example, if your number is 12345, you will now have 54321.

6) Subtract 864.

7) Add all the individual digits together.  If you end up with a two digit number, add those digits together as well.  For example, if your number is 12345 you will add 1+2+3+4+5 to get 15.  Then you add the 1 and the 5 together to get 6.

8) Add 4.

9) Enter your result as a number into certitude to get the final coordinates.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
