January TICKS Event Cache

TICKS is an acronym for Thursday Ice Cream Klub Social.  The idea came from a lack of events hosted in Lake County and even less common was on a weeknight.  The locations can be anywhere that serves ice cream.  

WHO:
Everyone is invited - from 0 finds to 100,000.  Bring your friends if you are shy.  
 
WHAT:
An ice cream social - buy your own.  The flavor of the day will be OREO OVERLOAD.

WHY:

1. There has not been a TICKS event in a really long time.
2. I will be trying to host a TICKS on the last Thursday of each month.  Anyone else can host a TICKS - any town, any ice cream place, any Thursday.
3. I want people to come find the caches I have been working on 
4. New cachers: Bring your questions and we probably have answers!  
5. Need dinner?  There is food with substance here too.
